Event Details
Learn simple combinations that include modern barre techniques, chair stretches, and fun dance steps. You will leave feeling happy and relaxed! This is a 90-minute basic movement class that focuses on stretch and strengthening. A class for adults who love to move, dance, and create.
Wear loose clothes, socks, and bring water to drink. Registration encouraged but drop-ins welcome. Classes taught by local dance instructor, Martha Channer. Call 619-865-7885 with questions.
