Home Delivery FAQs
No! This is a free service for Meridian residents.
We will deliver to cardholders in our service area, which covers Meridian. Check our service area map here!
If you are not a Meridian resident, you are welcome to visit our locations in person to check out materials.
Expect your items within 1-3 delivery days after your holds become available.
You will see items checked out on your account prior to delivery.
If there is a cell phone number listed on your account, you will receive text notifications the day your item(s) are scheduled for delivery.
Returns are available to those receiving a delivery. The driver will drop off your delivery & pick up your returns at the same time.
You will receive an email informing you of your incoming delivery on the next weekday, so you know to place your returns outside your door.
Please place returns in a MLD-labeled bag in a visible area outside your door. You can reuse the Home Delivery bags, or place them in any bag clearly labeled "MLD returns."

No, unfortunately interlibrary loan items are not eligible for home delivery services.
