Kindergarten Readiness Parent Workshop: Session 3
Lee Pesky Learning Center training specialists will email participants a survey before they attend this workshop to gather a list of specific elementary schools that their child(ren) will be attending. During the workshop, training specialists will review Idaho Guidelines, focusing on language, literacy, math, and reasoning skills that are pertinent to a child’s entrance into kindergarten. Training specialists will demonstrate activities that can be done to work on these specific skills using learning mats. In addition, participants will be sent home with a math learning mat.
