Through a group discussion of The War for Kindness: Building Empathy in a Fractured World by Jamil Zaki, explore how to build empathy and strengthen community.
The reading will be broken down over four months, with a group community service project planned for the fifth month.
Facilitated by: Irene Benvenuti, Community Librarian, and Mandy Helsley, LCSW.
