Come learn simple combinations that include modern barre techniques, chair stretches, and fun dance steps. You will leave feeling happy and relaxed! This is a 90-minute basic movement class that focuses on stretch and strengthening. A class for adults who love to move, dance, and create. Loose clothes, socks, and bring water to drink.
