UPDATE: The St. Luke's COVID-19 Vaccine Mobile Unit will be leaving at 4 p.m. due to the heat. It will return July 17, July 20, and August 7

Visit the St. Luke's COVID-19 Vaccine Mobile Unit outside of our Cherry Lane location to receive the first dose of your vaccine! The unit will be available for walk-ups from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29. You can then receive the second dose of the vaccine between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20.

This service and vaccine are free. If able, please bring your insurance card and photo ID. If you do not have these documents, you will still be vaccinated.

All individuals age 12 and older can receive a vaccine, regardless of whether they live and/or work in Idaho. Parents/legal guardians must provide consent for patients under the age of 18. If they are unable to attend the appointment, they can send the minor with a written consent form, or St. Luke's can obtain verbal consent over the phone.

If you have limited mobility, you can be vaccinated at the mobile unit. Please stay in your vehicle and call 208-513-3413 when you arrive at the vaccination location.
