November 13th-19th is Idaho Family Reading Week, and to celebrate this important occasion, your Bookmobile is offering a number of exciting programs.
3 Little Pigs Storytime
Join us for a storytime that includes three variations of this family classic.
-Tues., Nov. 13th @ 6:00 p.m., Ponderosa Elementary
-Wed., Nov. 14th @ 4:30 p.m., Prospect Elementary
-Sat., Nov. 15th @ 11:00 a.m., Seasons Park
Read a Recipe
Come by after school to make a microwave chocolate cake on the Bookmobile!
-Thurs., Nov. 15th @ 3:30-4:15 p.m., Kleiner Park (near the playground)
Family Book Craft
Join us to make your own family book with words, pictures, and more that are special to your family.
-Thurs., Nov. 15th @ 5:00-5:45 p.m., Foothills Apartments
You can also stop by to pick up a list of literacy activities to complete as a family. The first 18 families to complete 12 of the 15 tasks will receive a free copy of The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats and Snuggle Up by Mandy Ross. We can't wait to see you at one or all of these events!
